Directions
- Peel and core the apples and cut into large wedges.
- Peel and core the pineapple and cut it into large cubes.
- Cut the peeled bananas into thick rounds.
- Thread the fruit onto two skewers per serving and grill until marked.
- Arrange the skewers on a plate, spoon caramel topping alongside, and dust with confectioners’ sugar.
- Garnish with mint and cape gooseberry.
