Directions
- Cut the zucchini into strips and dice the carrot and onion.
- Finely chop the herbs.
- Peel and devein the shrimp and remove the tail shells.
- Cut the squid into squares.
- Remove any seaweed from the mussels, take the meat out of the shells, and remove the beards.
- Slice the chile into rings.
- Add the seafood and carrot to the fish broth and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the noodles.
- Cook until the noodles are tender.
- At the end, add the oyster sauce, sweet chile sauce, chopped herbs, onion, chile, and zucchini.
- Return to a boil and serve in a bowl.
