- 2% milk5.64 oz (160 g)
- honey0.99 oz (28 g)
- frozen mixed berries1.23 oz (35 g)
- walnuts0.49 oz (14 g)
- fresh mint0.15 oz (4.2 g)
- freeze-dried black currants0.1 oz (2.8 g)
Directions
- Warm the milk to 158–176°F (70–80°C) and combine with the honey. Chop the nuts.
- Combine the oats and berries, transfer to a baking dish, and pour the milk-honey mixture over them.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Halfway through baking, once the oats have absorbed the liquid, sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
Allow enough pan space and oven capacity when scaling. Do not multiply cooking times by the serving count.
