Directions
- Cut the turkey into 1–1.4 oz (30–40 g) cubes.
- Cook with the vegetables and seasonings, skimming foam from the broth as needed.
- Remove the broth vegetables. Add the broccoli, finely diced onion and carrot, parsley, and seasonings and cook for 5 minutes.
Allow enough pan space and oven capacity when scaling. Do not multiply cooking times by the serving count.
